The President of the Government of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, will spend his August holidays in Lanzarote again, according to the newspaper La Información. Sánchez is scheduled to land on the island on August 4 and will spend 17 days in La Mareta, with his wife and two daughters.
This is the third time that the president has chosen La Mareta to enjoy a few days of rest. Sánchez and his family spent New Year's Eve 2018, and a few days during the summer of 2020.
