Maritime Rescue has rescued a small boat near the coast of Lanzarote this Saturday afternoon, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
There were 58 people on board, all of sub-Saharan origin. The Salvamar has transferred them to Puerto Naos in Arrecife where they have been assisted on land by Red Cross volunteers.
After the assessment of the NGO, one of them has been transferred to the Molina Orosa Hospital for different pathologies.
