Lanzarote attended one more year to the catwalk of the International Fashion Fair of Tenerife. The Island was represented by two designers integrated in the brand Lanzarote Moda: María Cao and Azu Villas.
The event, which took place last weekend, was attended by prestigious creators and well-known firms, becoming a colorful showcase that brought together more than 10,000 people, according to data provided by the organization.
The Minister of Industry, Commerce and Energy of the Cabildo de Lanzarote, Ángel Vázquez (PP), has congratulated the designers María Cao and Azu Villas whose talent has been evidenced on the catwalk of Tenerife Moda.
"In addition to congratulating them, I want to remember that the work of our designers has begun to bear fruit. More and more people in the Archipelago, and outside of it, are interested in the garments made on the Island and that is a direct consequence of the effort and years of dedication," said the councilor.
