The young artists from Lanzarote, Nahuel XGS and Farray, have been through the microphones of Radio Lanzarote to present their latest joint record, "El Reloj."
Both singers share a common beginning, in a group of artists from Lanzarote called "Old G Crew." However, both Farray and Nahuel XGS decided to take different paths and left the group, while maintaining friendship with the artists who composed it.
"We have moved forward, and today we make music. We try to maintain good lyrics, take great care of them, because that is what speaks for us," says Nahuel XGS. In his case, he already has four of his own songs uploaded to all his music platforms, which are "Forrest Gas", "Puño en alto" and "Caballota", in addition to the latest single with Farray, "El Reloj."
"Improvising is fundamental. Because it's what makes you have better diction, and a larger vocabulary, in the end it's what makes you think all the time," says Farray. After leaving the group in which he started with Nahuel XGS, he has also been trying out as a "beatmaker", which is what the music producer is known as. In fact, Farray has been in charge of the musical part of Nahuel XGS's songs. In addition, Farray has his own song entitled "Mi Iphone sonó."
These two young people are now looking to make a name for themselves in the music scene with their new song, "El Reloj", which belongs to the first "mixtape" of an album that Nahuel XGS will release soon, which will be called "1996". For now, they have only performed three small concerts in private venues, organized by themselves, and in one of them they even invited other artists from Lanzarote.
"There is a lot of musical talent on this island," both artists agree.
