Lanzarote adds 42 new positive cases of Covid this Wednesday, as reported by the Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands.
Active cases on the Island stand at 538, after 36 discharges in the last 24 hours.
Regarding the number of tests carried out, a total of 199 tests were carried out this Tuesday, a figure considerably lower than that of Monday, when a total of 670 were carried out.
The accumulated incidence in Lanzarote is currently 231 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, while at 14 days it is 436.42.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 19,958 patients have been diagnosed with coronavirus on the island, of which 19,352 have already overcome the disease and 69 have died.
