The murga Los Simplones, from Arrecife, is in mourning. This Saturday, July 30, one of its most beloved members, Iván, affectionately known as 'El Raskay', has passed away.
"Today Iván “El Raskay” has left us, at this moment we are speechless, he leaves a very big void and takes away all his joy that in great part, was ours... R.I.P", the murga has written on its social networks
Since the news became known, there have been many expressions of condolences and affection that his family, friends and fellow murgueros have received. The mayor of Arrecife, Astrid Pérez, also wanted to "convey her condolences and support to family and friends of the member of the murga group".
