EMERLAN would like to thank the good behavior of the citizens during the Los Dolores festivities and all the entities that watched over the security and emergencies in said festivities. The device by EMERLAN had an Operational Coordination Center (CECOP) and a Mobile Health Assistance Center (CMAS), unique in the Canary Islands.

To these resources were also added 5 Basic Life Support ambulances, 2 Advanced Life Support ambulances, 3 Rapid Intervention Vehicles, 1 adapted transport vehicle, the new Emergency Unit and the DRON Unit, so a deployment of almost 100 troops was necessary for Saturday the 14th, the day of the Pilgrimage, and Sunday the 15th, the day of the concert and fireworks.

From the Emerlan CECOP, the entire Security and Emergency device was coordinated, in which all the Local Police of the island, Civil Guard, National Police, General Corps of the Canarian Police, Private Security, SICAN Proyectos, Island Ambulance Service, Lanzarote Volunteer Firefighters, Red Cross, Security and Emergency Consortium, all the Civil Protections of the island, Civil Protection of Mogán, Emergency Aid Anaga, SUC, Lansalud, GES and the Public Transport Service participated.

In the Emerlan CECOP, more than 150 calls were received and 105 health assistances were coordinated on both days, with nothing serious standing out and classifying it as very quiet festivities. A small attempted fire in a construction site in the town of Tinajo and a vehicle opening by our new Emergency Unit should be highlighted.

Without further ado, we want to thank you for the trust placed once again in our institution to the Security and Emergency Consortium, chaired by Don Francisco Aparicio, and to Doña Yurena Cubas, Councilor for Security and Emergencies of the Tinajo City Council, as well as to its Mayor Don Jesús Machín.
