The Tourist Centers are implementing measures to change the course of the Islote de Fermina, in Arrecife. This initiative is "designed to respond to a demand from the population and the commitment to transform that emblematic space of the marina into the best place to enjoy free time in Arrecife", said the councilor of the entity, Ángel Vázquez. As La Voz had advanced.
To begin with, it will have a new opening hours on weekends. The Islote de Fermina will maintain its usual hours of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Sunday to Wednesday, but will open its doors from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. "We wanted to offer our visitors the possibility of enjoying one of the best sunsets that the island offers in that privileged space of the Arrecife marina," explained Vázquez.
And it will be possible to do so, in addition, by tasting any of the dishes that give life to the renovated gastronomic proposal of the center, such as the cherne embarrado en mojo, the prawn ceviche, the "Lanzarote" chicken breast, the Saharan squid or the surprising rice pudding with coconut and caramelized mango and chocolate mousse nest, among others, which will be offered both in the food service, every day from 12:00 p.m., and in the dinner service, between 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., from Thursday to Saturday.
There will also be a cocktail menu, the culmination of a proposal in which you can enjoy a DJ session during the afternoons and evenings of Fridays and Saturdays in the months of August and September. CHK and Checha will be at the controls tomorrow Friday and Saturday, respectively.
Vázquez encourages the population to come to Fermina and enjoy the new concept of the space: "We trust that it will be to your liking."
