The CEO of the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers, Ángel Vázquez, spoke this Monday on Radio Lanzarote-Onda Cero to explain what the future idea for the Islote de Fermina is after having concluded the plans to change the menu at the Castillo de San José.

"The next point we are going to change," Vázquez has advanced. The counselor has explained in the morning show Buenos días, Lanzarote that his plan is for this space to open from 10:00 in the morning until 11:00 p.m. at night with the aim of being able to offer a greater number of services.

Among them, the counselor proposes establishing a brunch schedule, in which the local population and residents can enjoy a breakfast-lunch menu during the morning. To avoid the sun during peak hours of the day, he also mentions the option of acquiring umbrellas.

To the brunch, Vázquez has added the idea of adding tapas for lunch and an offer of "afternoon and dinner" for the nights. "It has a lot of potential and now in summer the afternoons are more spectacular", he added, "the idea is for it to be ready for summer, so that it can be used by August. We will see if we are able to arrive on time."

From the Centers of Art, Culture and Tourism, work has already been done on the design of the menu that they intend to apply in this space. In addition, they are waiting to carry out some "small changes" in the furniture, as well as create a dining area for windy days.
