Maritime Rescue has rescued a new boat near the coasts of Lanzarote this Friday, as reported by the Consortium.
According to initial reports, there would be around fifty people on board, including five women. At the moment, the Salvamar Calipoe is transferring the occupants to Puerto Naos where they will be attended by Red Cross volunteers.
This is the second boat that has been rescued this Friday, January 3. The first was located at dawn and 57 people were traveling on it.
