The extraordinary call for the EBAU will begin this Wednesday in Lanzarote, where 120 students will have the opportunity to repeat or take the Baccalaureate Evaluation for University Access for the first time.
Unlike the EBAU in June, this call will be held in a single venue, at the IES César Manrique, in Arrecife, due to the lower number of students attending.
The test will start on July 6 with the Language, Foreign Language and History of Spain exams at 09:30, 12:00 and 16:00 in the afternoon, and will continue on Thursday 7 and Friday 8 with the rest of the subjects, every day with the same schedule.
For its part, the publication of grades will take place on July 15, while the publication of final grades will be on July 22, after the review of these exams.
It should be remembered that a total of 743 young people from Lanzarote took the ordinary test, where the young Anna Machín Diport, from IES Costa Teguise, won the highest grade in Lanzarote, but also one of the twelve best grades in the test at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, obtaining a 9.813 out of 10 in the general phase.
With regard to the Canary Islands as a whole, 1,111 students will face the exam in the province of Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, although of the total number of registered students, only 155 will participate in the option phase to raise their grade.
