The Teguise Market will offer this Sunday, May 3 a showcooking session and product presentation to mark Mother's Day, where a minimum of 300 tastings will be given out in each of the tents.
This event will begin at 10:30 AM and end at 1:00 PM, and will be held in four different tents.
On the one hand, in one of the tents will be Aqual (Association of Cheese Factories of Lanzarote), offering fresh, semi-cured, and aged cheeses from the cheese factories in the area.
Likewise, another of the areas will be dedicated to wines from Lanzarote, where the wineries Erupción, Olivina, and Jable de Tao will participate.
Regarding the showcooking, gofio preparations will be made and tastings will be presented. All this from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
Lastly, the last area will be dedicated to other of Lanzarote's star products: the potato from Los Valles and the sweet potato. There will be a tasting of these products and of various preparations with them.
