The machinery has already started this Friday the work to remove the gravel from the dunes of Famara that had covered one of the accesses to the bungalows. The strong winds of last December that hit this area with gusts of more than 100 kilometers per hour caused the gravel from the dunes to cover the road that gives access to the bungalows in this area of Lanzarote.
This situation can be seen in the video that the platform @salvemosfamara has published on Instagram, where the gravel made the road disappear.
The residents had complained that the Cabildo and the Teguise City Council had not cleared this access since last December. As La Voz already published, this situation caused queues of vehicles and retentions, since due to this obstacle, there was only one access to the beach and to the residents of the bungalows.
