The collective De Lanzarote con Palestina has called a new concentration remembering under the slogan The genocide does not stop on vacation and encourages the population to join the protest next Friday, August 23 at 12:00 noon in front of the Casa Amarilla in Arrecife, "in the face of the escalation of attacks by the Israeli army against the civilian population."

In addition, the Lanzarote entity linked to the Solidarity Network against the Occupation of Palestine (RESCOP) has shared on its social networks a series of awareness proposals at popular festivals, through the exhibition of banners, the distribution of informative leaflets or the mention of the humanitarian crisis in proclamations and presentations of activities.

According to reports from the collective, the latest news already puts the number of Palestinians killed at more than 40,000 during the more than ten months of fighting, an average of 130 people per day, most of whom are minors and women.
