Lanzarote is the third most visited island in the Archipelago. With the arrival of summer, the number of tourists who want to see and discover the impressive corners of the island also increases. However, the boom of social networks and the need for some users to share their adventures have made it fashionable to carry out infractions to then share them on social networks. This has left images such as the people who decided to engrave their name on the Roman Colosseum in Italy or break into protected areas of the island.

The Island of Volcanoes does not escape this toxic fashion and in a single week has suffered two environmental attacks by visitors. This Tuesday we learned of two tourists who climbed a slope of a volcano in the Timanfaya National Park, off the path and violating the protection of this space. Now we also know that last Monday, two travelers of Italian origin ignored the signs that prohibited passage to anyone and went down to the Charco Verde in El Golfo.

"I'm going to record to see if he realizes he can't do that," said the person who recorded the two tourists at the beginning of the trip. Right next to it was a sign with a drawing indicating that passage was prohibited.

It's not the first time

It is not the first time that someone has ignored the prohibition to access the Gulf. In March of this year, some content creators accessed this natural space and published all their adventures on Instagram.
