Storm Nelson has been felt in Lanzarote in recent hours, where the wind reached 79 kilometers per hour this Friday, March 29, according to Aemet.
Specifically, according to data from the State Meteorological Agency, it was at the station located in Haría where the wind blew the strongest, reaching 79 kilometers per hour, followed by the César Manrique airport and Tías, where gusts of 63 kilometers per hour were recorded.
In Tinajo, the maximum gust was 62 kilometers per hour, followed by La Graciosa, where the wind reached 60 kilometers per hour, and finally Yaiza, which reached 53 kilometers per hour.

For this Saturday, Aemet maintains the yellow warning for coastal phenomena. There will be northwest swell with waves of 4 to 5 meters, decreasing throughout the day to between 3 and 4 meters in the last hours.
There will be cloudy intervals with a low probability of weak and occasional rain, mainly during the central hours. The minimum temperatures with little change and maximums in slight ascent. As for the wind, it will be moderate from the west with intervals of strong, especially in inland areas and on the northeast slope.
