The firefighters went this Wednesday at 9.30 am to a fire drill at a school in Puerto del Carmen in Tías.
Alerted by the CECOES, they went to the place and upon arrival, they verified that the fire was located in the electrical room and there was a person inside who was being affected by the fire.
Shortly after, they proceeded to rescue the injured person and cut off fluids. After taking the person outside, they set to work to extinguish the fire and ventilate the area.
In addition, health services, Local Police and the Red Cross were transferred to the scene.
