An ultra concentration against Sánchez encouraged on social networks brings together fifty people in La Mareta

The ultra-Catholic organization Hazte Oír called this Thursday a concentration at the Official Residence of La Mareta, where the Spanish president, Pedro Sánchez (PSOE), has been vacationing for almost a week.

This concentration has brought together about fifty people in front of the gates of La Mareta on Thursday night. The mobilization was encouraged on social networks, where the ultra organization has begun a propaganda campaign against the Spanish president, his wife Begoña Gómez, and also against former Spanish president José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero.

In addition, it has graffitied several buildings in Lanzarote on Friday morning, as the organization itself has shared on its social networks. One of them next to the Arrecife Ring Road and the other in Costa Teguise. Sources from the Cabildo de Lanzarote assure this outlet that taking measures for the vandalism of these structures depends on the city councils.

As part of the campaign, it has brought to the island's beaches two large representations with photographs of Sánchez, Gómez, and Zapatero. Next to them, they have posted signs with messages such as "criminals," "Spain's borders, insecure. Your vacations protected."

Hazte Oír has been responsible for other previous controversies, such as the transphobic campaign in which they paraded a bus throughout the national territory against trans people with the message: "Boys have penises. Girls have vulvas. Don't be fooled. If you are born a man, you are a man. If you are a woman, you will remain one."
