A 24-year-old young man was injured this Wednesday after crashing his vehicle into another on Avenida Hermanos Álvarez Quintero, in the Arrecife neighborhood of Titerroy, according to the Emergency Coordination Center (CECOES).
The incident took place around 08:12 hours this Wednesday, at which point 112 received a call alerting to the collision of two vehicles, so emergency services quickly moved to the scene.
Upon arrival, firefighters from the Emergency Consortium secured one of the vehicles, as it had overturned onto its side after the impact.
For their part, health personnel attended to the two occupants of the vehicles, although only one of them required medical attention, as he suffered a moderate cervicalgia and was transferred to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital in a basic life support ambulance from the SUC.
Local Police officers from Arrecife and the Civil Guard also attended the scene, and they were responsible for preparing the corresponding report.
