Yaiza Civil Protection rescued a woman this Monday who had suffered a fall in the Los Ajaches Natural Monument, in a difficult-to-access spot between Playa del Pozo and the La Cerita cove, after 12:00 noon when the volunteers from the southern Group arrived at the location of the affected woman together with SUC personnel once they were activated by the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (CECOES).
The emergency personnel proceeded to immobilize the woman's right arm due to a possible fracture and then evacuate her in a 4x4 vehicle from Civil Protection, due to the difficulties of accessing the place, to the Playa Blanca Health Center by order of CECOES.
