Two new boats have reached the coasts of Lanzarote in the last hours. The first of them arrived at El Jablillo beach at around 05:00 this Saturday. 19 immigrants were traveling in the boat, all men and of Maghreb origin. According to the manager of the Emergency Consortium, they are in good condition in general. They have stated that they left Tan-Tan and have been sailing for five days.
Two hours later, the Cecoes was activated by the arrival of another boat in the Las Malvas area, in Tinajo. 28 Maghrebi people were traveling in it, including two women.
In this case, the usual health device in these cases assisted the migrants, and it was necessary to transfer one of them to the hospital with a trauma to the elbow.
