The Local Police of San Bartolomé arrested two people in the town of Güime last Tuesday, January 8, for possession of several marijuana plants. According to the City Council, the agents identified two suspects while they were on duty in this town in the municipality.
Specifically, they noticed the presence of a vehicle, whose occupants "showed a certain state of nervousness with the presence of the agents." For that reason, they decided to stop them and ask them to identify themselves, as well as inspect the interior of the vehicle.
After the inspection, the agents found fifteen plants "of what appeared to be marijuana", so they notified the Civil Guard of San Bartolomé.
The agents of the Benemérita proceeded to arrest the two men, transferring them to the premises of the Civil Guard Barracks, where the corresponding proceedings are being processed.
