Two people have been injured, one of them seriously, in the collision of two motorcycles on Calle Juan Carlos I, in Puerto del Carmen.
The incident took place in the early hours of this Wednesday, around 01:11 hours, when a call alerted the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2, alerting that there had been a collision between two motorcycles whose drivers had been injured with injuries of various kinds and needed medical assistance.
At the initial moment of SUC assistance, one of the injured, a 35-year-old man, presented severe polytrauma, so he has been stabilized and subsequently transferred in a medicalized ambulance to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
Meanwhile, the second person involved in the crash, another 32-year-old man, has also been transferred to the hospital, but in a basic life support ambulance, as he presented a trauma to the lower extremity of a mild nature.
Local Police officers have also been transferred to the scene, who have instructed the corresponding proceedings.
