Firefighters from the Security and Emergency Consortium have attended a premises in Puerto del Carmen, in the municipality of Tías, this Saturday morning, alerted to the incidentThe notice took place at 11:00 in the morning. Alerted by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 112, firefighters moved to Reina Sofía street in the coastal town, specifically to the Bar Purple Turtle
Once at the location, the Consortium of Emergencies firefighters, along with the Tías Local Police and Boluntis, verified that the fire had already been extinguished by the establishment's employees using two powder extinguishers.
According to the Consortium of Security and Emergencies, the fire originated in a frying pan that was on the fire and subsequently spread to the rest of the kitchen
A basic ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service, Civil Guard, Civil Protection was transferred to the location. In addition to Local Police, Volunteers and the firefighters of the Lanzarote Emergency Consortium.
After confirming that there was no focus that could reactivate the fire, the service was considered finished
