Three injured in a car rollover at the Costa Teguise exit roundabout

Two of the vehicle's occupants had to be rescued by firefighters

Three people, two men and one woman, have been moderately injured after the vehicle they were traveling in overturned, according to the Emergency Consortium.

The accident occurred at about 04:31 on the roundabout connecting to the LZ-101, at the exit of Costa Teguise. After being alerted, CECOES, Local Police officers, Civil Guard, firefighters and an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service have moved to the place.

Once on the scene, the emergency teams proceeded to stabilize the vehicle and control the risks in the area. In coordination with the paramedics, the injured were evaluated and two of the occupants of the car who had been trapped were rescued. The health services have taken care of the assistance of those affected, a 31-year-old man, another 27-year-old and a 28-year-old woman who, after being stabilized, have been evacuated to the Molina Orosa Hospital.

Finally, the firefighters placed the vehicle in a running position and the battery was disconnected. For their part, the police officers have carried out the corresponding report.
