The man known as the 'Tinajo gravedigger', arrested for an alleged crime of drug trafficking, kept the merchandise in one of the rooms of the cemetery premises. The 57-year-old man took advantage of the fact that he worked in the facilities to store and sell drugs inside the cemetery, as reported by agents to La Voz.
As La Provincia advanced this Tuesday, the employee had been working for less than two years in the cemetery, and in collaboration with his partner, he also used a municipal kennel to offer drugs to customers. After a long investigation, three searches carried out by the Local Police and his arrest, the Judge ordered his immediate imprisonment.
Regarding his partner, the woman was released provisionally but with precautionary measures, according to police sources. In addition, the National Police continues to investigate her involvement in the events.
