The Local Police and Seprona agents have been searching since Saturday for a monkey that has escaped from a farm in Mácher.
The notice was given by its owner to the Local Police of Tías after 3:00 p.m., when they realized that the monkey had escaped. The animal is an ape weighing about 80 kilos and is around 30 years old.
The Local Police of Tías quickly called the Civil Guard post of Puerto del Carmen, and the agents have been doing raids through Mácher and the farms surrounding this town.
