The services of the NGO Emerlan have located this Monday morning the corpse of a woman between 40 and 50 years old who, apparently, fell from a cliff in the area of the Papagayo beaches. The deceased is a foreign woman and was not carrying documentation.

A tourist boat that was sailing through Papagayo has given the alarm to Emerlan. The woman's body was in the main Papagayo Beach, where several tourist boats usually anchor.

After receiving the notice, the NGO has activated the emergency device. Thus, a boat has left the Puerto del Carmen dock towards Papagayo to rescue the corpse. Likewise, Emerlan has also sent an ambulance to the area, as well as a vehicle from the Rescue Group.

A patrol of the Civil Guard has also appeared at the scene. Subsequently, the Judicial Police arrived and, after that, the corpse was transferred by an Emerlan zodiac to the Marina Rubicón marina.
