The Civil Guard helps a young man who was unconscious in a bar in Costa Teguise

Apparently he had fainted and when falling to the ground he had received a strong blow to the head. He was transferred by ambulance to Molina Orosa

The Civil Guard helped this Saturday a 20-year-old young man who was unconscious after falling to the ground in a bar in Costa Teguise.

According to La Voz, the incident took place at around 7 in the morning when the young man apparently fainted and when falling to the ground he apparently hit his head hard.

Once the CECOES was alerted, agents of the Local Police, agents of the Civil Guard and two ambulances of the Canary Emergency Service were dispatched.

When the Benemérita patrol arrived, the agents verified that the young man was breathing with difficulty, that he was bleeding from the head wound and that he was convulsing. Minutes later, a patrol of the Local Police of Teguise arrived, which together with the Civil Guard made the appropriate arrangements to speed up the arrival of two ambulances, the first of Basic Life Support and later the Medicalized one, which was notified given the seriousness of the person assisted.

The sanitary personnel gave him first aid and once stabilized he was transferred by ambulance to Molina Orosa.
