The body of a man was found this Sunday on the coast of Janubio, as confirmed by the Civil Guard, from where they do not rule out that it could be related to the boat with drugs that sank in the early hours of Friday to Saturday in El Golfo, where 840 kilos of hashish were found.
It was a neighbor who found the body at around 07:50 hours in the Janubio Beach area and alerted the emergency services, after which the Civil Guard and the Local Police moved to the area.
The lifeless body was face down on the shore and showed no signs of violence. The deceased was wearing a raincoat, although he did not carry documentation.
After proceeding to the removal of the body, the lifeless body was transferred to the Anatomical Forensic Institute of Arrecife, although the autopsy has not yet been performed nor has it been identified.
