The Civil Guard locates drugs in the boat that arrived in Punta Mujeres

The boat that arrived in Punta Mujeres in the early hours of this Sunday was carrying half a ton of hashish, according to La Voz. The Civil Guard has already arrested three people.

This morning, the NGO Emerlan, at the request of the Civil Guard, carried out a search of the area without any more bales appearing.

According to the Red Cross, at around 04:15 this Sunday they were mobilized by 1-1-2 (CECOES) to provide humanitarian assistance to the migrants who had arrived in the municipality of Haría.

The NGO sent a team of five volunteers to the site to assist the 12 people traveling in the boat. They are eleven men and one woman of Maghreb origin. Three of them claim to be minors, one of them the woman. They have stated that they left Safi three days ago.
