A workshop of a surf school in the town of Soo has suffered a fire this Thursday morning. According to eyewitnesses, the fire started at around 12:00 noon in a warehouse.
Local Police officers, two fire crews and a basic life support ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service have traveled to the scene.
The paramedics have treated one person, who has had to be transferred by ambulance to the Molina Orosa hospital. According to the SUC to La Voz, he presented "minor burns".
The firefighters were in charge of extinguishing the fire and managed to remove several surfboards from inside the premises before they were affected by the flames.
