A car overturned this Sunday in the Yaiza roundabout, according to reports from the Emergency Consortium. The accident occurred at approximately 2:26 p.m., at which time CECOES was alerted.
Agents of the Local Police, Civil Guard, Civil Protection, firefighters and an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service went to the scene.
The occupants were able to exit the vehicle on their own and were attended to at the scene by healthcare personnel.
The Civil Guard and the Local Police of Yaiza took charge of the traffic. The firefighters controlled the fuel spill with foam and subsequently placed the vehicle on its wheels in a safe place to be removed by the crane.
