The Civil Guard is looking for a man who allegedly forcibly entered his ex-partner's home in the municipality of Tinajo, threatened Civil Guard officers with a large knife, injured one of them, and then fled the scene.
The events occurred in the early hours of Friday, May 7, when a woman requested police presence because her ex-partner had shown up at her house and was berating her.
According to investigation sources quoted by La Provincia, when the civil guards arrived, the man showed an aggressive attitude and said to them: "I am a captain in the Army, I am a lieutenant colonel and I am in the UCO. Don't come near or I won't be responsible". In addition, they maintain that he threatened to kill both the woman and them: "Get out of my property or I'll bury this knife in you and take your fucking life."
The agents, who verified that the access door to the house had been forced, tried to reduce him and a struggle ensued, as a result of which one of the civil guards suffered a head injury and another abrasions on the knuckles of his right hand. Finally, the alleged aggressor managed to flee the scene.
