Four men were injured in the head-on collision of two cars, one of them a taxi, on the LZ-2 near Mácher, according to the Emergency Consortium. The accident took place at around 10:00 p.m. when CECOES was alerted.
Agents of the Civil Guard, Local Police, firefighters and two ambulances from the Emergency Service, one medicalized and the other with basic life support, went to the scene.
The occupants of the two vehicles left on their own and were treated first by a nurse who stopped at the scene of the accident. Subsequently, the health personnel attended to the four affected, who presented cervicalgia and contusions, all of a mild nature. Once assisted by the health personnel, they were evacuated to the Molina Orosa hospital.
One of the vehicles was a rental car in which 4 people were traveling and only the driver was in the taxi.
The firefighters proceeded to disconnect the batteries and controlled the traffic until the arrival of the Civil Guard and Local Police, who took charge of it and carried out the report.
