Firefighters rescued a woman who was unconscious in her home in Playa Blanca. The incident took place at approximately 2:10 p.m. this Thursday on Janubio Street in the southern town.
Once CECOES was alerted, agents from the Local Police, the Emergency Consortium, and an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service were dispatched.
Firefighters accessed the house through a window and confirmed that the affected woman was lying on the floor, unconscious. They subsequently transferred the woman on a stretcher to the ambulance, and she was later evacuated to Molina Orosa Hospital.
