The firefighters put out in the early hours the fire of several containers in Lanzarote's capital, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
The first of them took place around 3:10 hours on Fayna street where an organic waste container was burning. The personnel extinguished the flames with water and foam. At the scene of the intervention, a unit of the Local Police was present.
Minutes later, the Emergency Consortium was alerted by CECOES of another fire on Tilama street in Arrecife. Upon the arrival of the firefighters, they located a fire in an organic waste container, proceeding to its extinction through the use of pulverized water.
Local Police officers were deployed to the scene who collaborated in the extinction tasks.
