The rain experienced on Friday afternoon in Arrecife has dragged the rats and they have appeared dead on the sidewalks of the capital of Lanzarote.
The rodents have left a rather surprising and unpleasant image of the city. An image that has been echoed by some residents who passed through the areas most affected by the water.
The citizens of Arrecife could not believe what their eyes were seeing. "The street is full of rats, they are like cats", the neighbors pointed out, due to their large size.
It is not the only image that the rain has left. Also the houses, garages and streets have ended up completely flooded after the large amount of water that has fallen. A surprising situation that had not been experienced in Arrecife for some time.
