A driver lost control of his vehicle, crashed into another parked car, and as a consequence of the impact, overturned in Puerto Calero, according to the Consortium of Emergencies.
The accident took place around 00:25 hours this Thursday, August 20, on Alegranza street in the tourist town in the south of Lanzarote.
The driver and sole occupant was able to get out of the vehicle on his own and was in apparent good health.
After being alerted by CECOES, Local Police officers and firefighters were dispatched. Emergency personnel were responsible for putting the vehicle back on its wheels and cleaning the road, making it operational for traffic.
For their part, the police officers were responsible for carrying out the corresponding report.
