Bathers have rescued the lifeless body of a man on the beach near the royal residence of La Mareta, in Costa Teguise. Apparently, several users of the sandy area noticed around 2:45 p.m. this Wednesday that there was a body floating in the sea.
Quickly, the bathers called the Emergency Coordination Center (Cecoes) 112 to report the discovery of this corpse "ten meters from the shore", according to La Voz from the press office of this organization. In addition, it was these same people who moved this lifeless body to the shore.
Apparently, it is a man, who has not yet been identified, according to sources from the Civil Guard. It is also not known at the moment what could have happened to this person.
Local Police of Teguise and agents of the Civil Guard have been moved to the scene, who will instruct the appropriate procedures.
