A motorcyclist was injured after a collision with a vehicle in Arrieta, according to the Lanzarote Emergency Consortium.
The accident took place this Monday, August 17, on Los Morros street in the northern coastal town.
After being alerted, agents of the Haría Local Police, an ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service, and firefighters were dispatched.
Healthcare personnel attended to the motorcyclist at the scene and after stabilizing him, he was transferred by ambulance to Molina Orosa Hospital.
For their part, the firefighters cleaned and conditioned the roadway, removing debris and elements resulting from the accident that could compromise road safety.
The police officers were in charge of carrying out the corresponding report.
