A worker from the Cristalgana company was injured with a cut on his face while handling a glass in his working hours. According to the company, the glass slipped when he was holding it with another colleague, and caused scratches on his face. The employee is currently on leave due to the incident, although the company claims that they are not "serious injuries".

The company assures that it complies with all security measures and that workers do not usually handle the glass directly with their hands, so they consider that the incident may have been a consequence of an "imprudence" of the worker.

The work accident occurred this Monday at 2:00 p.m., and two fire units, the SUC emergency services and the Local Police of Arrecife went to the industrial warehouse.
