A van burned completely in the early hours of this Saturday on Portugal Street in the capital of Lanzarote, according to the Emergency Consortium.
The fire occurred around 1:36 a.m., when CECOES was alerted. Local Police officers and firefighters went to the scene.
Once at the scene, the Emergency Consortium personnel verified that the van was burning completely and that a car that was parked next to it was also starting to burn. In addition, the nearby building was affected by the heat and smoke, with tiles falling off the facade.
The firefighters extinguished the flames first with water and then with the propak, for which we had to force the hood of the car.
