The electric vehicle that burned last Sunday in San Bartolomé, was a Tesla, as confirmed by the Emergency Consortium to La Voz. Furthermore, it is believed that the fire "may have been intentional" due to the location where the fire started, since the battery in these vehicles is located at the bottom and the fire, however, started at the top.

The events occurred early Sunday morning when the car was parked and firefighters went to the area and managed to extinguish the flames with jet and spray water.

Campaign against Elon Musk

The tycoon Elon Musk, co-founder and CEO of Tesla, has sparked outrage among society for his latest actions. Among them, his support for the President of the United States, Donald Trump, from his electoral campaign to obtaining a position as head of Government Efficiency, and his controversial Nazi salute that he made in one of the president's events.

For these reasons, many citizens have decided to launch a campaign against Musk attacking Tesla vehicles, vandalizing them and destroying dealerships in different parts of the planet, from the United States to Germany or Canada.

In addition, the tycoon's actions and his role in Trump's public policies have also caused the price of his company's shares to plummet and many of his buyers have decided to sell their vehicles.
