A restaurant in Uga suffered a fire this Saturday at noon. The fire originated around 11:30 a.m. in an establishment located on Joaquín Rodríguez Street in the southern town, according to the Emergency Consortium.
The fire started in the smoke extraction motor and the workers themselves were the first to control the flames with the application of several fire extinguishers. Subsequently, firefighters arrived who cut off the electricity, cooled and finally extinguished the embers that remained.
Local Police and Civil Protection agents also went to the scene.
