A Binter airline plane that was operating the Tenerife Norte-Lanzarote route, with 72 passengers on board, has returned to Los Rodeos airport after the possible smoke device was activated in the cabin, Aena sources inform Europa Press.

The plane, which detected the system alert after 10:00 a.m., has landed in Tenerife without problems.

One of the passengers on the plane explained to La Voz that "it didn't smell like smoke or move, we only had uncertainty", "we left at 10:00 a.m. and by 10:30 a.m. we had already been evacuated." "The impressive thing was seeing the fire trucks," he says.
