A new boat has arrived on the island, the third in less than 24 hours. This time it was at La Garita beach in Arrieta. It was the lifeguards who, when they spotted it, called CECOES.
There were 36 migrants of Maghreb origin on board. According to the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes) 112, these people include 30 men, five women and a minor. All of them were assisted by the health personnel, who had to transfer two of the women to a hospital.
