A car ran off the road and crashed into the guardrail on Sunday night, according to Civil Protection of Tías. The driver and sole occupant was not injured in the accident.
The crash occurred at the exit of the road at the junction of El Lugar de Abajo de Tías with the LZ.2
Local Police, Civil Protection and Lanzarote Volunteer Firefighters went to the scene. Once there, the emergency teams found the vehicle in a driving position and had received a frontal impact against the guardrail, so they proceeded to disconnect the battery, control the hydrocarbon spills and cut the guardrail since it prevented the crane from removing the vehicle.
Finally, the Local Police carried out the corresponding report.
