Two people were injured in a head-on collision of two cars on Friday morning on the Circunvalación. One of the vehicles was going in the wrong direction and caused the accident in which a third vehicle was also involved.
Once the Emergency Coordination Center received the alert at around 6:23 a.m., the Civil Guard, firefighters and an ambulance from the Canary Health Service went to the scene of the accident.
The injured, a 28-year-old woman who presented several injuries of a moderate nature and a man who was driving the other vehicle who presented a costal pain of a mild nature. Both have been assisted by the sanitary personnel and once stabilized have been transferred to the Molina Orosa Hospital.
The Consortium firefighters have collaborated with the emergency services cleaning the road that had been filled with broken glass.
For its part, the Civil Guard has been in charge of regulating traffic in the area and has instructed the corresponding procedures.
