A resident of Tenezar found a "suspicious package" on the beach of the town on March 19, which turned out to be a bale of drugs with more than 43 kilos of hashish.
After the discovery, the man notified the Local Police of Tinajo, who went to the scene and found that it was "a large package, covered in plastic and surrounded with packing tape."
Subsequently, they proceeded to transfer it to the police station, where they confirmed that it contained "hashish or some derivative", weighing more than 43 kilos.
Once the appropriate procedures were carried out, the Local Police of Tinajo handed over the drug to the Civil Guard in San Bartolomé.
